Note* The inspection covers all Roofing, Exterior, Attic, Garage, Interior including windows and doors, Electrical (main built in wiring), Structural, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling systems, Water Heater- and every Home receives a complimentary "Pest Inspection" with a report and sketch of home. Condominiums do not include inspection of elements that are common areas or that fall under the responsibility of the home owners association.

We use the HomeGauge service to deliver my reports to my client and their agents over the Internet or "On-Site" at the property, and they can be viewed very easily online.
