Pre-Listing/Seller’s Home Inspections
Many people list their home for sale without knowing its actual condition, and this causes issues when it’s time to close a deal. Steer clear of this roadblock with a seller’s home inspection.
New Construction Home Inspection
Resist the urge to sign off on your newly constructed home until it’s been inspected by a professional home inspector who works for you, not the construction company. This could save you a lot of time and trouble down the line.
11-Month/Builder’s Warranty
Take full advantage of your builder’s warranty by getting your newly constructed home inspected eleven months after the completion date. We will look specifically for issues that are covered by your warranty to help reduce your personal home repair expenses.
Pre-Offer Home Inspection
Are you interested in a home but not sure if you should make an offer? A pre-offer home inspection can put your mind at ease by letting you know exactly what you’ll be getting yourself into. It also puts you in a better position to make an appropriate offer based on the home’s true condition.
WDO/Termite Inspection
If there are termites in your home and you don’t catch them right away, you’re likely to run up an average of $3,000 in damages. We include a pest/termite inspection for free with a home inspection service.
EIFS Stucco Inspection
EIFS, or Exterior Insulation and Finish System, often includes stucco. This inspection service looks for any moisture that’s hidden within the EIFS stucco.
